Cancellation of Order

Intellismart may cancel customer order due to following reasons:
- product becomes unavailable for any reason.
- force majeure or acts of nature such as natural calamities, bad weather conditions, etc.
- unforeseen circumstances such as system error, wrong pricing and promotion, erroneous product image and specifications.
- non-compliance to order requirements.
- cancellation is ordered by any competent court.
Customer may cancel order subject to the following conditions:
- an email must be sent to corporatemarketing@intellismartinc.com.
- with approval and confirmation from Intellismart.
- ordered product is not yet in transit for delivery.

Notice On Shipping Fees

Shipping fee is not included in your check out price. We would like to give you the flexibility of choosing your preferred courier services and fees.

Following payment confirmation, our Customer Service Helpdesk will contact you to arrange the shipment of your order.

Office hours

Our office hours is 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Due to quarantine restrictions, orders received after 5pm shall be confirmed on the next business day.
